Built around one commitment
Corporate skills development spend fails for operational reasons, not financial ones: learners are recruited badly, workplaces cannot absorb them and the evidence is incomplete when the verification agency arrives. EduPower was built to take all three off the client's desk.

- 01Founding
Built as a training provider, not a broker
EduPower was established to deliver accredited learnerships itself - own centres, own facilitators, own workplace hosting - instead of placing learners with third parties and reporting on the result.
- 02Growth
Four sites across Durban and Cape Town
Delivery capacity expanded to four premises, allowing intakes to run in parallel in KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape.
- 03Accreditation
QCTO assessment centre and SETA-aligned qualifications
Accreditation was extended to include occupational qualifications and on-site assessment, so learners are assessed and certificated without depending on an external centre's calendar.
- 04Today
Fully outsourced skills development for corporate clients
Clients hand over the programme end to end: recruitment, contracting, training, workplace experience, assessment, absorption and the verification file that proves it happened.
