Occupational qualifications are built around a job, not a syllabus, which is why they hold up well in verification and why absorption rates after completion are higher than for purely classroom-based training.
Because we deliver all three components and assess them ourselves, there is no hand-off between a training provider, a workplace host and a separate assessment centre. One provider carries the evidence file and the completion risk.
