Accreditation

A QCTO assessment centre inside the provider you already appointed.

EduPower assesses the qualifications it delivers. Knowledge, practical and workplace components are managed and assessed in-house, and the external integrated assessment is hosted at our centre.

Why it matters

Most disallowed spend fails on evidence, not on training

A learner can attend every session and still cost you recognition if the portfolio is incomplete, the workplace log does not match the qualification requirements, or the external assessment slips past your financial year.

Operating our own assessment centre removes the three handovers where that usually happens. We control the readiness checks, the moderation and the assessment dates.

How a qualification is assessed

Four components, one accountable centre

  1. 01

    Knowledge component

Facilitated modules delivered at our own training facilities, with formative assessment recorded against each module as it is completed.

  2. 02

    Practical skills component

Simulated and supervised practical tasks, signed off by qualified assessors and captured in the learner's portfolio of evidence.

  3. 03

    Workplace component

Real work exposure hosted by EduPower or by your operation, logged against the required workplace activities rather than hours alone.

  4. 04

    External integrated assessment

Scheduled and hosted by us as an assessment centre, with learner readiness confirmed before any learner is entered.

What you get

The verification advantage

No hand-off risk

One provider carries training, hosting and assessment, so no evidence is lost between parties and no completion date depends on a third party's diary.

Readiness before entry

Learners are only entered for external assessment once internal readiness checks pass, which protects your completion rate.

One evidence file

Portfolios, attendance, workplace logs and assessment outcomes sit in a single file, handed to you as a close-out pack before verification.

Moderation built in

Internal moderation runs through the programme rather than at the end, so problems surface while there is still time to fix them.

Qualification codes, NQF levels and credit values are confirmed per intake in the prospectus and in your delivery agreement. Accreditation and centre reference numbers are supplied in writing with your delivery agreement.
